Dr.N. Zafrunnisha MA., M.L.I.Sc, PGDLAN, Ph.D is working as an Deputy Librarian (Senior scale) obtained her M.L.I.Sc. in 2001 and Doctoral degree in 2007 from S.V.University, Tirupati. First ranker and Gold medallist in M.A, second ranker in Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.Sc). She worked as a Librarian in different Educational Institutions in private and corporate sectors up to 11.02.2011 in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India. Since from 14.02.2011 to 09.08.2017 she worked as an Assistant Professor and Head Library at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering (Autonomous), Pulivendula and from 10.08.2017 to till date she is working as an Deputy Librarian in JNTUA College of Engineering Kalikiri.
She has 20 years of work and research experience and published research papers around 18 in National and International peer reviewed journals, participated and presented papers more than 35 at National Level Conferences and Seminars, participated more than 17 national level workshops at different places of India and done 6 short term courses, done 3 two week courses organised by AICTE, UGC and National level professional body etc. Published one book (International) with Lambert Academic Publisher, Germany. More than seven chapters published in national and International level books. Organised Six Day National Level AICTE Sponsored ‘Faculty Development Programme on “Emerging Tools, Techniques and Services for The Librarians and Faculties’ during from 16th to 21st November, 2020. Her areas of research interests are Quantitative studies, User studies, Digital Library and Networking of Libraries etc.
