ECLATECS 2K23
  • ECLATECS 2K23 – A National level technical symposium was organized in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering as a part of decennial celebrations of JNTUA College of Engineering Kalikiri in 10th march 2023 with Dr. K. Aparna as co-ordinator. All other faculty members and non-teaching staff were the members in various committees.
  • More than 100 students from various colleges have actively participated in different events organized by the team of ECLATECS 2k23

 

ECLATECS 2K22
  • ECLATECS 2K22 – A National level technical symposium was organized in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, JNTUA College of Engineering Kalikiri during 24th and 25th January 2022 by Dr. K. Aparna as co-ordinator. All other faculty members and non-teaching staff were the members in various committees.

Project EXPO

Project Expo 2K22 was organized by ECSA on 18-11-2022 wherein about 25 models were displayed by the IV ECE students

 

Student Centric Activities
  • One day industrial tour is being organized on 25-11-2022 to National Atmospheric Research Laboratory, Gadanki, Chittoor (Dist.) for IV year students.
  • A one day industrial tour organized on 26-11-2022 to ISRO-SHAR, Sriharikota, Tirupati (Dist.) for III year students on the day of the launch of PSLV-C 54.
2020-2021 FDP on Internet of Things (IoT)

Dr. K. Aparna successfully conducted five day Faculty Development Program on “Internet of Things” during 9th to 13th November 2020 in ECE Department at JNTUACE Kalikiri, Sponsored by AICTE ATAL academy.

For the FDP 215 participants were registered from all over the country. Among them 200 participants were approved. Distinguished experts from IITs, NITs, Industries and other reputed institutions have been invited to deliver lectures for this FDP.

2019-2020 Teacher’s day Celebrations

Teacher is defined as a ‘Motivational Candle‘ of a students life. Teachers play a major role in making their students responsible citizens of tomorrow and good human beings. It is impossible to imagine our lives without teachers and to respect them especially apart from studies we celebrate Teachers day On 5th September, the students of ECE Department have taken an opportunity to show their gratitude towards their teachers. Students celebrated this event in Seminar hall of ECE dept by garlanding to Sri Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan garu. They paid their warm thanks and respect to their teachers by giving the speeches.

This program was led by final year ECE students.

2018-2019 Faculty Development Program (FDP)

Dr. K. APARNA, Assistant professor, Department of ECE conducted 3 day Faculty Development Program on Embedded System Design using TIVA microcontrollers from 31st may to 2nd June 2018 in association with Texas Instruments.

More than 300 students from various colleges have actively participated in different events organized by the team of ECLATECS 2k19

Technical fests should be an essential part of course curriculum as it gives a platform to young brains to showcase their innovative ideas and compete with their peers. These technical fests are an amalgamation of fun and learning where spectacular ideas are displayed, and students learn and feel inspired. These events guide engineers, computer experts, researchers to dream bigger and achieve them.

In view of this, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering always come forward to encourage the students to explore themselves.

Ayudha Pooja Celebrations

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has done Ayudha pooja Celebrations in Electronics Devices and Circuits (EDC) lab to pay homage to the equipment that allow smooth learning.

The lab was fully decorated with rangolies, flowers and balloons. Traditions and cultural norms were adhered to so as to provide all a holistic celebration experience.

The active participation of all faculty members and the efforts of students made this ceremony a grand success.

Engineer’s Day Celebrations

Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering Celebrated Engineers Day on Sep 15th at Seminar Hall. The Engineering Community across India is celebrating Engineers day on 15th Sep every year as a remarkable tribute to greatest Indian Engineer Bharat Ratna Mokshagundam Viveshwaraiah. This event is planned to create awareness to students on role of Engineers in the development of Nation.

2017-2018 Workshop

Dr. K. APARNA, Asst.Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted one week Workshop on “Embedded System Fundamentals(IoT)” during 9th to 15th April 2018
